Refer a Woman to The EmpowHER Project
 

We welcome referrals from professionals supporting women affected by trauma, domestic abuse, addiction, homelessness, poor mental health and contact with the criminal justice system.
 

The She Rises Programme is a six-week, psychology-informed, trauma-led programme delivered in a welcoming women-only environment in Cardiff.
 

If you feel the woman you are supporting would benefit from our programme, please complete the referral form.
 

Before Referring
 

The programme is suitable for women who are:

✓ Aged 18+

✓ Living in Cardiff & Vale

✓ Able to engage in a small group setting

✓ Looking to rebuild confidence and wellbeing

✓ Willing to participate in a six-week programme
 

The programme includes:

• Weekly 4½-hour group sessions

• Trauma-informed psychoeducation

• Reflective workbook

• Peer support

• Holistic wellbeing

• Access to the wider EmpowHER community after completion
